North Country Council Regional Planning Commission (NCC) is a US Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA)-designated organization responsible for economic development strategic planning in the northern tier of New Hampshire.  The Economic Development District includes all of Coos, Grafton and Northern Carroll Counties serving 67 communities and 25 unincorporated places.

Staff is involved in facilitating economic development and job creation throughout the region, offering coordination between public and private sector organizations.  Federal EDA funding allows staff to offer a variety services to communities.  NCC manages the North Country Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the Economic Development District, this strategy is designed to bring together public and private sectors in the development of economic stability, resiliency and diversity all geared to strengthen the region’s economy.

Grant Administration:  NCC Economic Development Staff is well versed in navigating the reporting and administrative requirements of state and federal granting agencies.

Loan Programs

Loans are available to businesses in the Region that are in need of capital for establishing or expanding their operations.  NCC staff can connect you with these resources through partnerships with the organizations below that manage Revolving Loan Funds.
