Broadband Speed Test
North Country Council is hoping to better understand what speeds people are experiencing from their broadband provider. This data will help us reach out to providers and the state when addressing broadband concerns of the region. To help us out, please click here to take the Broadband Speed Test today!
North Country Council recently produced a short educational primer to help folks better understand the limitations and benefits of broadband in the region. Limited copies of the guide have been distributed to libraries and municipal offices. If you would like a printed copy, please contact Geoff Sewake at email@example.com or (603) 444-6303.
NCC has a temporary opening for a part-time administrative assistant. Read more here.
Emergency Preparedness for North Country Businesses
As part of North Country Council's new grant-funded program to help businesses be better prepared for disasters, and so be more resilient with reduced recovery times, the Council is conducting a survey of business preparedness. Businesses will be contacted by email and US mail. Responses will be anonymous. If you are a business owner/manager and do not receive a copy of the survey, contact Michelle Moren-Grey at firstname.lastname@example.org or 603-444-6303 x 14. Click here for more information on the project.
